Built for the trades
An AI receptionist that knows towing: what to ask before the truck moves, what not to quote over the phone, and what is an emergency versus a service call.
A driver is on the shoulder of the interstate with her hazards on and traffic going by at seventy. She is calling whoever picks up.
There is no second call in this business. The first company to answer sends the truck.
Motor clubs, the police rotation, and the driver herself all dial the same way, and every one of them hangs up at four rings.
The non-emergency tow ends with a time on your calendar, and the one on the shoulder gets 911 first and a written record second.

A live answering service runs $180 to $600 a month and takes a message. This books the job. All three plans
Takes about a minute. We read your site and build an agent from what we find. No email. No card.
01 / What it knows about towing
02
The work
These come pre-selected when you set it up, because they are what towing shops actually run. You uncheck what you do not do and add what is missing, once.
Anything it has not been told about, it says it does not know and writes the question on the call for you. It does not guess.
03
The call it has to get right
Most calls book a job. One kind of call requires something else. Here is what it does when that call comes in.
Example trigger
Caller says they are stopped in a live traffic lane
What it does (example)
It tells them to stay belted inside with the hazards on if it is not safe to get out, or to get well behind the guardrail if it is, and to call 9-1-1 right now so the lane gets blocked. It does not collect vehicle details ahead of that. It writes down the location, marked an emergency in your call list.
This is an example of how the system is configured to respond. Exact behavior reflects your setup.
04
The question set
These are the intake questions built for towing. The same questions you would ask. They get asked on every call, in order, before anything is scheduled or priced.
What it will not quote
Recovery and long-distance tows
Recovery price depends on the vehicle, how it is sitting, and how long the winch runs. It gives your hook fee and per-mile rate if you set them, and tells the caller the driver quotes the recovery on scene.
It takes the details and tells the caller the office quotes it. It does not invent a number to keep the call moving.
05
What it costs
A tow company that misses the 2am interstate call misses the whole ticket, not a callback. Our One Truck plan is $99 a month and it answers every ring you do not.

When it earns its keep
Ice storms and holiday weekends. That is when the phone triples and every missed call is a job that went to the next shop on the list. This does not go up in your busy months. The bill in your busiest week is the bill in January.
Set it up in about twenty minutes, once. We read your website, you correct what we got wrong, and you forward your number when you are happy with it. Not before.
