Built for the trades
An AI receptionist that knows landscaping: what to ask before the truck moves, what not to quote over the phone, and what is an emergency versus a service call.
March hits and every homeowner in the county decides the yard is a problem on the same Saturday.
You are on a mower with ear protection on. The phone is in the truck and it rings eleven times before lunch.
Those are the estimates that fill your spring. The ones that go to voicemail fill somebody else's.
The irrigation call books into the morning gap you had open, not into a Saturday you already sold.
$99
a month to start, 350 minutes, about 100 calls
A live answering service runs $180 to $600 a month and takes a message. This books the job. All three plans
Takes about a minute. We read your site and build an agent from what we find. No email. No card.
01 / What it knows about landscaping
02
The work
These come pre-selected when you set it up, because they are what landscaping shops actually run. You uncheck what you do not do and add what is missing, once.
Anything it has not been told about, it says it does not know and writes the question on the call for you. It does not guess.
03
The call it has to get right
Most calls book a job. One kind of call requires something else. Here is what it does when that call comes in.
Example trigger
Caller says a sprinkler line broke and water is running across the street
What it does (example)
It tells them to shut the irrigation off at the controller, and if that does not stop it, at the backflow valve or the main. It marks the call an active leak in your call list, with what was said. It does not offer a next-week estimate window for that one.
This is an example of how the system is configured to respond. Exact behavior reflects your setup.
04
The question set
These are the intake questions built for landscaping. The same questions you would ask. They get asked on every call, in order, before anything is scheduled or priced.
What it will not quote
A design or install price
Install price depends on the grade, the drainage, the access, and what is already in the ground. It books a walk-through and you quote on site.
It offers a free estimate visit. It does not attempt to price the job over the phone.
05
What it costs
In spring a crew of three loses the estimate calls that come in while everybody is on a mower. Our One Truck plan is $99 a month and it takes all of them.

Start on One TruckWe tell you at 80%. At 100% you move up a plan if you chose that, or we stop and callers go to your own voicemail until next month. Below Fleet, nothing is ever billed past your plan. Fleet has nothing above it, so with the automatic move on it keeps going past its allowance and the extra is billed: $0.30 a minute, 5 cents an SMS and 4 cents an email. With the move off, Fleet stops like the others. No contract, cancel any time. Full pricing details
When it earns its keep
The first warm Saturday and fall cleanup. That is when the phone triples and every missed call is a job that went to the next shop on the list. This does not go up in your busy months. The bill in your busiest week is the bill in January.
Set it up in about twenty minutes, once. We read your website, you correct what we got wrong, and you forward your number when you are happy with it. Not before.
