What we collect, and what we do not.

Written in plain terms on purpose. If something here is unclear, that is our failure and we would rather fix the sentence than the reader.

When you try the demo

You give us a website address. We read the public pages of that site the way any visitor could, and we use what is on them to build an agent. We keep the address, the profile we built, and the fact that the demo ran.

If you talk to the agent in your browser, that conversation is handled by our voice provider and is disclosed to you in the first sentence the agent speaks. The disclosure cannot be switched off by anyone, including us.

We do not ask for an email address, a card, or a phone number to run the demo, and we do not call you afterwards.

When you are a customer

We hold what the service needs to work: your business details, your calls and their transcripts, your appointments, and your billing records.

Your call content stays with your account. It is not pooled across customers, not used to train anything, and not sold. That is not a policy we could quietly change: the system has no path that would move it, which is the only version of this promise worth reading.

Deleting it

Ask and we delete your account data, including call recordings and transcripts. Write to privacy@savethejob.com.

Who else touches it

Telephony, voice, email and payment providers, each doing the part of the job its name suggests, and cloud hosting. They process it for us and are not free to use it for themselves.
