An AI assistant that answers your business phone and your website chat, answers from facts taken off your own site and whatever you correct, and books appointments on a calendar you connect.
It is not a person, and it says so on every call. It is not an emergency service: if someone is in danger they need 911, and the assistant says that too.
Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Plans are One Truck, Crew and Fleet, and each one includes a number of minutes a month.
At 80% of your plan minutes we tell you, by text, by email and in the app.
At 100% of your plan minutes, One Truck moves to Crew and Crew moves to Fleet automatically. You agree to that when you sign up and you can turn it off at any time from your account. The charge is the difference in plan price for the days left in your billing cycle, and the minutes you get are prorated the same way, with the full monthly minutes starting on your next cycle. Fleet is the top plan, so it does not move up.
If the automatic move is off, minutes past your plan are $0.30 each and stop at the plan price. Past that cap the phone keeps being answered, but the assistant takes a message and sends you a summary by text rather than booking, and nothing further is billed that month.
At 2 times your plan minutes in one cycle we stop answering, and callers are sent to the voicemail number you gave us. You get a text when that happens. Nothing is billed past the cap, including then. Your minutes reset at the start of the next cycle.
Your business information, calls and recordings are yours. We hold them to run the service and delete them when you ask.
The demo is free and uncapped for people trying it on their own business. Automating it, reselling it, or pointing it at sites that are not yours is not that, and we cut it off when we see it.
